Sleep coaching for kids

For well-rested children and parents

Sleeping soundly and deeply in their own bed helps children thrive. And yes, parents also have a right to restful sleep! With our training program, especially suitable for children aged 4-7, we can help children discover the wonder of sleep and teach their parents age-appropriate methods for helping their kids fall asleep and stay asleep. Under the right conditions, any child of this age can learn to fall asleep and stay asleep independently within just a few weeks.

How do we do that?

Sleep analysis

Through a sleep analysis, we aim to determine whether physical, mental, or external factors could be the cause of your children's poor sleep. If necessary, we will recommend that you have any symptoms checked by a doctor or other specialist. We will visit the sleeping area with you and work together to address any external factors (e.g., light pollution or noise).

Training plan

We will develop a sleep plan with you that will help your child achieve independent, uninterrupted sleep through the night within 2-4 weeks. Together with you, we will decide whether our sleep mascot, Eevi, will join as a training partner.

Coaching

Our certified sleep coach will support you in implementing the plan with weekly coaching sessions in a small group of no more than three parents. During this time, you will keep a sleep diary. We will also help you celebrate the achievement of milestones and the overall goal with your child.

What do we need from you?

We need your help! For the first 3-5 days, sleep training may keep you busy at night. It's best to arrange support during the day so you can recharge. Your loving consistency is essential during the training. We share your intentions: We respect your child's needs!


A happy, secure child is just as important to us as it is to you. At the same time, we believe that everyone needs to rest at night – children and parents alike!


Furthermore, sleeping through the night makes children happier, healthier, smarter, and more balanced. We'll explain how and why.


The training goals

Our goal is for your child to be able to sleep through the night independently in their own bed within 2-4 weeks. Three things are crucial here:


  1. Safety: Your child feels safe and secure in their bed.
  2. Independence: Your child can fall asleep and stay asleep independently.
  3. Self-regulation: During awakenings at night, your child finds their way back to sleep on their own.


Furthermore, after the coaching you should be equipped with tools to help your child sleep through the night independently at any time in the future.
