(3) When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, and optionally your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We will delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.

Your personal data will be erased or blocked as soon as the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies. (2) In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using. They allow the entity that sets the cookie (in this case, us) to receive certain information. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the overall internet experience more user-friendly and effective.
(3) Use of cookies:
a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and function of which are explained below:
– Transient cookies (see b)
– Persistent cookies (see c).
b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include session cookies. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.
c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a predetermined period, which can vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser's security settings.
d) You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. Please note that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.
§ 6 Further functions and offers of our website
(1) In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested. For this, you will generally need to provide further personal data, which we use to provide the respective service and for which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.
(2) In some cases, we use external service providers to process your data. These providers have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions, and are regularly monitored.
(3) We may also share your personal data with third parties if we offer promotions, contests, contracts, or similar services jointly with partners. You will receive more detailed information when you provide your personal data or below in the description of the offer.
(4) If our service providers or partners are located in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you about the consequences of this in the description of the offer.
Section 7 Objection or revocation of the processing of your data
(1) If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw it at any time. Such a withdrawal will affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data after you have communicated it to us.
(2) Where we base the processing of your personal data on a balancing of interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case, in particular, if the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract with you, which we will explain in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, please state the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will review the situation and either cease or adjust the data processing or demonstrate to you our compelling legitimate grounds for continuing the processing.
(3) You can, of course, object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes at any time. You can inform us of your objection to advertising using the contact details provided above.
§ 8 Integration of Google Web Fonts
(1) On this website, we use Google Web Fonts. This means that when you access the website, your browser will load the necessary web fonts into your browser cache so that texts and fonts can be displayed correctly.
(2) In order to load the necessary data, your browser must establish a connection to Google's servers. This allows Google to know that this website was accessed via your IP address. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be displayed. The legal basis for the use of Google Web Fonts is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
(3) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights and settings options to protect your privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de. Google also processes your personal data in the USA. We would like to point out that this means you may not be able to influence the processing or storage of your personal data, nor enforce your rights guaranteed by the GDPR.
§ 9 Integration of YouTube videos
(1) We have embedded YouTube videos in our online service, which are stored on https://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website.
(2) By visiting our website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data specified in Section 5 of this declaration is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account through which you are logged in, or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish this association with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and to exercise this right, you must contact YouTube.
(3) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by YouTube can be found in the privacy policy.
